Saturday Studio

SATURDAY STUDIO @waxpigeon offers KS3 and KS4 students a focused, creative studio environment to explore materials, ideas, and techniques while developing their own artistic voice.

These structured studio sessions are led by WAXPIGEON and give young artists space to experiment, take creative risks, and build confidence in their own way of working. Students explore drawing, painting, mixed media, and process-led approaches through thoughtful prompts and individual support.

The emphasis is on developing personal ideas, visual language, and creative independence — not copying, rushing, or chasing perfect outcomes.

Saturdays · 10:00 – 13:00 · £15 per student

Ideal for students who enjoy art, want to grow their skills, and value a calm, creative space to make meaningful work.

Studio Notes

• Basic refreshments are provided during the break.
• Canned drinks, crisps, and other snacks are available to purchase separately.
• Materials, paper, and core resources are provided.
• Students are welcome to bring additional tools or favourite materials if they wish.
